 Early 19th century mahogany teapoy, the shaped, crossbanded and hinged top opening to reveal brass liner with rings. Sides have brass hanrdware ring handles, and is supported on a turned column with three carvedcabriole legs terminating on and castors. Circa 1810.

Can be used as champagne and wine bucket with the liner.
